Getting Started
PenguMiner is designed to be accessible. No downloads, no extensions, no complex wallet setups. Open your browser and play.
Visit PenguMiner in your browser. Connect your wallet (or create one through the in-game flow).
2. Enter the Village
Pay the one-time entry fee of 0.005 ETH (~$10). This activates:
Your Fish Generator (empty, waiting for parts)
Your first letter from Uncle Erby
3. Open Uncle Erby's Letter
Your first package contains starter Generator Parts and a small amount of Metal. Install the parts — your Fish Generator begins producing Fish.
4. Visit the Exploration Vendor
Once you have enough Fish, buy your first Expedition Map. Start at the lowest difficulty — learn the mechanics, understand the threats, get a feel for the ice.
Mine Hard Ice. Avoid drones. Listen for the Orca. Bring back what you can.
6. Collect Your PENGU
Turn in Hard Ice at the Vendor. Receive real PENGU tokens.

The 0.005 ETH entry fee ensures every player has skin in the game and prevents bot spam. It also seeds the player's first Fish Generator parts, so there is immediate value from day one.
There is no free tier — but the entry cost is intentionally low enough that anyone interested in the Pudgy Penguins ecosystem can participate.
